Services
Client Centered Care
Client-centered care means that therapy is all about you — your needs, your goals, and your pace. In this approach, you’re seen as the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you, not to judge, direct, or push you into anything that doesn’t feel right.
We’ll create a space that’s safe, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you. That means you’ll have the freedom to talk about whatever you’re going through, and we’ll work together to find the best path forward — based on your values, your strengths, and your unique experiences.
Client-centered care also means we move at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll be listened to with empathy and understanding, and your voice will always be central in guiding the process. The goal is for therapy to feel empowering, not overwhelming. You are the author of your story. Let's write the chapters together!

Solution Focused
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a type of counseling that focuses more on your strengths, resources, and future goals than on your past problems. Instead of spending a lot of time going over what’s wrong or why something happened, we’ll work together to figure out what’s working in your life, what you want your future to look like, and how we can move toward that.
We’ll look for small steps and changes that can make a big difference, and we’ll focus on times when the problem is less intense or even not there at all — those moments can give us clues about what works for you.
The goal is to help you find solutions that are practical and meaningful to you, based on what’s already worked in your life. And as the name says, it’s usually brief — people often notice progress in just a few sessions."

Where Thought meets Action
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is a type of therapy that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The idea is that the way we think about situations affects how we feel emotionally and what we do in response — and sometimes, our thinking patterns can get in the way of how we want to live.
In CBT, we’ll work together to identify unhelpful or negative thought patterns, and then look at whether those thoughts are realistic or helpful. From there, we practice ways to change those thoughts and build more balanced thinking. We’ll also explore behaviors — the things you do — and see if making small changes in your actions can lead to feeling better overall.
CBT is very practical and skills-based. You’ll learn tools that you can use outside of therapy in everyday life. It’s also structured and goal-oriented, so we’ll usually focus on specific problems you want to work on and track progress over time.

Helping Adolscents
Therapy can be a powerful tool to help adolescents grow into confident, capable, and successful adults. The teenage years are full of changes — emotionally, socially, physically — and it’s normal to face challenges along the way. Therapy provides a safe space to talk openly, explore your identity, and build skills that support your growth.
In therapy, you can learn how to manage stress, anxiety, or big emotions, improve relationships with family and friends, and build confidence in who you are and what matters to you. You also learn how to problem-solve, set goals, and bounce back from setbacks — all of which are key skills for adulthood.
Think of it as a way to strengthen your mental and emotional foundation, so you’re better prepared to make good choices, handle life’s ups and downs, and go after the future you want. Therapy doesn’t mean something is wrong — it’s an investment in becoming the strongest, most successful version of yourself."
